Change License Owner without losing Training Content

If you'd like to transfer the ownership of individual courses, you can add the other author as a collaborator of the course first; then, you can transfer ownership of the course to the collaborator.
You can also send a copy of your course to another author. In this case, you'll each have an independent copy of the same project. Changes you make to the course won't appear in the other authors' versions, and vice versa.
On the other hand, if you'd like to transfer ownership of ALL the courses of one author to another one, then you may remove this user from your team, and choose to assign the content to another team member.
