Change multiple states of one object

If there are multiple text sizes on your states or other changes, then follow Christine's suggestion. However, if all of the text is the same size and all that is changing is the words, then you can do something a bit faster...
1. Create a new object with the characteristics of the original object but with the new text size (no states needed on this object)
2. Use the format paint tool to copy the format of the new object to the existing 90 state object
This should change all 90 states to the initial state of the new object.
