Change Thumbnail Image on Course Name
Hello!
I am a brand new user of Reach 360.
I'm in Reach 360, under the Manage tab.
To the left of the course title, there's this dark blue rectangle.
Can I change that somehow? Is this image pulling from the course in Rise 360?

Thanks for reaching out! The dark blue rectangle you mentioned is your course Cover Photo in Reach 360. The cover photo in Reach 360 is not directly generated from Rise 360 cover photos. In Reach 360, you can add a cover photo by uploading your own image or selecting one from the Content Library.
Here's how you can modify this:
1. Go to the Manage Tab in Reach 360 and click on the course that you'd like to update the cover photo for.
2. Once there, navigate down to the Details tab for the course.
2. On the left-hand side, you'll see a section for Cover Photo. You can add a cover photo by clicking Add Cover Photo.
- If you need to edit the cover photo in the future, just hover over the cover photo to edit this.

I’m happy to chime in. Thanks for the screenshot!
Kindly check what user role you’ve been assigned in your Reach 360 account. Only admins have access to update details like the course Cover Photo, so if you’re not set up as an admin, the Details tab won’t appear.
If you need to make changes to the cover photo, someone on your team with admin access should be able to help out.
