Change Thumbnail Image on Course Name
Hello! I am a brand new user of Reach 360.
I'm in Reach 360, under the Manage tab.
To the left of the course title, there's this dark blue rectangle.
Can I change that somehow? Is this imag...

I’m happy to chime in. Thanks for the screenshot!
Kindly check what user role you’ve been assigned in your Reach 360 account. Only admins have access to update details like the course Cover Photo, so if you’re not set up as an admin, the Details tab won’t appear.
If you need to make changes to the cover photo, someone on your team with admin access should be able to help out.
