Change timeline from seconds to minutes?

Oh my goodness, please update this feature. I am fighting with this right now. I am trying to convert 2:34 into 154 seconds and Storyline keeps reverting what I'm typing to 5 seconds. I don't even know what to do. If I could just enter 2:34 that would be great.
