Change timeline from seconds to minutes?

I'm not sure if this is what you're attempting to do, but if you're using a trigger that jumps to a specific time (154 seconds, for example), but your timeline is not that long, Storyline will change it to the ending time of your timeline:

That would make sense...except that my timeline is 522 seconds long so it should allow me to add a trigger at 154 seconds...and the software shouldn't force us all to convert video timelines from minutes and seconds into seconds, even still. Sigh...
