I tried this technique on the video I uploaded on Rise, but it didn't work.
Ex : Sample.mp4 became Sample_NOPROCESS_.mp4
Here is an example of what the video should look like (B) and how it appeared in Rise (A)

Thanks for sharing what you are experiencing after trying to insert a _NOPROCESS_ file as my colleague StevenBenassi suggested.
What you are experiencing is related to a known bug where the cover image appears blurry or pixelated, or the color becomes off or in low-quality. I've gone ahead and added your instance to the bug report.
We'll be sure to update this thread in the future with any news of a fix!
