Changing background photo of opening templates

I want to use templates to build my first course.  I love some of the opening templates with the large photos, but these photos are not related to my courses.  How do I change the background photos ...

Hi, Vicky!

Thanks for reaching out. I created a sample slide with the Tectonic template to test this and was able to change the background. Here's are the steps I took below:

  1. Select the background > right click > cut. This removed the current image
  2. Insert > Photo from the Content Library (Or Media > Picture > Picture from file to choose a picture from your computer
  3. Resize the photo to fit my slide
  4. Right click and choose send to back
