Change background to all slides - 360
Hi, I may be overlooking this, but how do I change the background/theme of all of my slides at one time?
I've already created the training, but I don't like the background/theme anymore. Is there a way to change this without having to do each slide (I understand I will need to do some adjusting on each slide)? I feel like I've seen an "apply to all" option, but now I cannot locate it.
From Storyview you can select a slide - then select "Control+A" 2 times. This will select all of the slides, even the ones in different scenes. One the slides are selected, you can choose "Home > Apply Layout" to choose a different Master Layout for all of your slides.
Obviously this will only work if your backgrounds are created via the Master Slides.
If you have placed an image on each slide as a background. You can replace that image in the Media Library instead.

As RonPrice implied, you change the background on the Slide Master.

Typically, when you change the Slide Master, the change shows up throughout the course. However, if the background fill of a given slide was customized, the new updated Master doesn't automatically override the customization.
In those cases, you can change multiple slides by selecting them, opening the Format Background window (use the button on the DESIGN ribbon), and then editing the fill.
