Here's an option that could help save some time: Set up Block Templates with the desired font color. Then, instead of inserting a standard block, insert the appropriate Block Template instead.
Of course, you have to take the time to set up the Block Templates. It's probably worth it to create templates for the type of blocks you use the most. For others, it might be better to just adjust the font color in a standard block when needed.
