Changing Font on course title and lesson title

I can't seem to find a way to change the font, color in particular, on the Course Title and Lesson Title. Is there a way to change them? Thanks

Agree with all the above. Would like to be able to change the font colour and style on the headers of each section as well.

I also find it very surprising this hasn't been attended to after 2 years.......
