Changing Font on course title and lesson title

I can't seem to find a way to change the font, color in particular, on the Course Title and Lesson Title. Is there a way to change them? Thanks

I would like to add a request for this feature, although after 3 years it seems like this small-effort update isn't likely going to happen.
