Percentages are figured mathematically, so you can't change that.
Here's what I do to avoid that issue:
- In FORM VIEW, change the Points so each question is only worth 1 point (instead of the default 10 points).
- For Results, reference the Results.ScorePoints variable (instead of Results.ScorePercent).
With this method, text on the Results slide could say "You got 1 out of 3 correct" -- with the "1" being a reference to the Results.ScorePoints variable.
