Changing photo shape in Storyline 360 makes it blurry
I have a photo that is high quality as a rectangle, but when I use the Picture Shape option to change it to a circle, the quality degrades noticeably. The sizing is not changing here so I can't see ...
That was the trick, Megan. I'm able to replicate the behavior when adding that step.
I've reported this as a possible software bug and linked this conversation so that I can share any updates with you here in the future.
Hopefully, using the images without the shadow will work for you in the meantime.
