Changing Pick Many to Pick One leaves undeletable trigger!

I needed to change some Quiz questions from Pick Many to Pick One. I've set up the trigger for Pick One, but I have a trigger leftover from Pick Many!  I can open this trigger and change it to match the trigger I'm keeping, but I can't delete the now-obsolete trigger.

Any suggestions as to how I can delete this extra trigger? The trigger in question is the one that submits the {Pick One} or {Pick Many} interaction when the User clicks the Submit button.

    If you remove the Pick Many freeform question and then convert it to Pick One (or vice versa), the Submit Interaction trigger should be automatically removed and replaced with the appropriate one for the new question type. I’m unable to replicate the issue. I'm curious what steps you're taking when switching from one type to another.
