Changing the image and the markers in Articulate Rise
Hello,
We have starting using Articulate 360 in my work and I think that it is great product. However, I have noticed that I cannot change the image or the position of the marker for the option of interactive image in Rise.
Am I missing something?
Thank you very much for your advice.

In Rise, just to the left of the image shown above, there are two buttons: Edit and Settings. Select Edit.
To change the default image, scroll so that you can see the bottom of the image. Just below the image there is another EDIT button that you can use to change the image.
To change anything related to markers, also select Edit as stated above.
All the current markers are displayed to the left of the image.
To add a new marker, click on the image.
Select any marker in the list to open and edit it. Once open you can drag the marker for that item to a new location.

Hi there,
when I select the Edit button nothing happens, it seems it's disabled. Am I missing something?

I can't seem to see the edit button at the bottom of the page
Hello, Ashleigh!
You may need to scroll down to see the Edit button below the labeled graphic image. Let me know if you still need help!

I have a related question: Can we customize the marker image other than what is available by default? (i.e. using a company specific icon instead of one of the standard selections)

Hi,
You cannot use customized marker images.

OK, thanks. I was afraid I wasn't wrong. LOL I hope that is an option in the future!
Thanks for letting us know you need more marker icon options, Caspiann!

Hi Alyssa, I'd upvote Caspiann's feature request so we could upload our own icon(s) vs. the std. pre-builts. TY!

I'm here to add my vote for the customized markers - would love to use our company logo!
