First, Looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it!
For the characters, you can still insert photographic characters into Storyline 3 and you should see all the characters shown when you choose insert. You can crop them still as illustrated characters. They don't have the option to insert just the headshot or torso, although if you had that set up in Storyline 2, that should still transfer over!
