Are you referring to the illustrated-by-AI characters that Tom Kuhlmann has shared? Those have to be inserted as pictures (not as characters).
The Character Gallery only contains characters provided as part of an Articulate 360 license.
- When new characters are available in the gallery, a download icon appears. You can click that or the DOWNLOAD FROM 360 button to get access to those characters.
