Character Limit in Rise Scenarios
Does anyone know if there is a plan to modify the 150 character limit in Scenarios in Rise? Or...I have to ask, does anyone know a way around it?
Using Scenarios is wonderful but 150 character max extremely limiting since scenarios are ideal for things like knowledge checks and scenario role plays.
This is really limiting my use of what could otherwise be a great tool.

+1 this feature looks great but because of the character limit and that translations usually need even more characters for the same content, it is a feature my clients and I will never use.

My team and I translate between 6 to 20 RISE courses a month into a dozen or more languages. This is a constant battle for us; telling linguists to write shorter. But when the source English takes up the whole space, some languages are nearly impossible to do in that space.
Also, the flip cards + German is a nightmare. A small amount of font size control there (small, medium, normal) would go a LONG way. Or maybe the cards could be set to be larger if not the text.
Hi Matt! Thanks for letting us know the impact of this feature on your team. We're still tracking requests for this, as well as for more formatting options for Flashcard interactions. We'll let you know if we make any updates to these features that will help!

+1 for increasing the character limits in scenarios.

I add my voice to the request for a much larger text limit on SCENARIOS. Even better, allow audio as the medium.
As it stands, the interaction is of little use to me. - LeslieLandersCommunity Member
This remains an incredibly frustrating issue for us as well. At the end of the day, having the course look pretty on a mobile device doesn't matter if the course itself is incapable of conveying the lessons we need our learners to absorb!

I completely agree.

I'm adding my voice to this too. I can't get all the details I need into a scenario even with a bit of creative editing. Surely multiple speech bubbles (with the page being scrollable) would keep the scenarios looking good but allow for more information to be shared?

+1 on this. The scenario block is really great but this limitation is very frustrating.

Hello! I also vote for increasing the character limit in Rise Scenarios. I see this topic has raised already 2 years ago. Is there any update?

Aaaand still nothing changed. Quite frustrating.

+4. Very frustrating when trying to write questions for fill the blanks / matching questions. The limit with characters makes this feature unusable for longer questions within the Rise module.
Would appreciate when a fix / update is available please.

I see this conversation was held two years ago but still nothing has changed. The limited characters means the scenario option is usually unusable for me, which is a real shame. I encourage the designers to give some time to this please
