Children Characters in Storyline?
Where can I find children/students characters to put in my project?

Younger character sets isn't a Content Library feature as of yet, but I'll make sure our Product team sees your vote. If we add new characters in the future, we'll let you know!

I am new to Storyline, just seeing this post. I too am looking for children characters. Katie, your reply was over three years ago. I guess the Product team didn't take this advice, which is disappointing.
