Classic player margins changed?
Hey there! We have noticed that the classic player is wide on the sides, which looks awkward. Anyone know what happened and how we can change that back to the previous classic player that fit neatly around the course? THANKS!

Is this happening just in preview? Or when you publish it as well?
And have you played with the lock/scale settings shown below?

Bess is my colleague and this is a new issue for us. We are on different versions of SL:
- Bess is on version 3.54.25674.0
- I'm on version 3.56.26219.0
- My slide size is set to 1024x768 for old square monitors
- I've tried the various Classic player settings and currently have it set to "Scale player to fill browser window" (see attached PNG).
- For testing in Review360 the menu was enabled. Now the Menu is disabled and there's extra player space to the left and right of the stage area.
- This problem persists when published as HTML or loaded into the LMS.
How do I remove the extra player spacing to the left and right of the slide area?

It looks like Maura's issue was solved by importing the slides in batches into a new Storyline project. Each batch was tested and published until they found which slide was causing the problem.
May I ask if the project was created using the latest build of Storyline 3.68.28887.0 or was it created from an older version? If you're comfortable sharing your file with us for testing, you can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
