Hi,
There are three buttons: Shutdown, Track, and Alert.
These buttons must be clicked in the correct sequence. Shutdown → Track → Alert

Hi - yes, it is possible to do this.
However, I think it would probably be quicker/easier to get the learner to drag and drop the buttons into the correct order, and show layers according to where they dropped the buttons. I've attached a quick file to show you.
