Closed caption in videos using labeled graphic in Rise 360

Hi there,

I created a course in Rise and used labeled graphic for a part of this course. I uploaded videos in each items which works fine. And it is possible to make all videos full-screen but when I added closed captions to videos then the full-screen function disappeared! 

I wonder if you experienced the same problem and have a solution for this?

    Hello Bahareh,

    I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered where the video controls expand beyond the container's width for labeled graphic videos. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.
