Color discrepancy on edit more

Has this happened to anyone else? Here is the deal:

We have an icon that is green. When we are on editing mode the (green) icon shows as gray. However, when we preview the course it seems to preview and publish with the intended color green. This is more of a "backend" related issue. We are not sure as to what could be causing this but would like the slide to show the colors properly.
