Commenting without an Articulate ID - users that used to have an ID

Hi Irina,

Thank you for reaching out!

Since some of the reviewers do have an Articulate ID tied to their email address, they'll be prompted to enter their password. Since this setting is for users without an Articulate ID to make comments on Review 360, those that have an existing Articulate ID will continue to see that prompt.

    If someone just used the free trial, is there a way that they would be able to comment on a training after their free trial already expired?

      Hello MelissaRutti,

      Yes, you can still comment on existing courses published in Review 360 even without an active subscription! The only thing I'd check is if the courses you're commenting on need an Articulate ID to be signed in before you can leave any comment. Otherwise, you should be good to go!

        The issue that my co-worker encountered is that when asked for her email, it seemed to recognize that she had an account before (the settings were set up to not have to have an account), so it kept sending her to the log in page and she was not able to leave a comment.
