I too am having this issue currently. My SME randomly gets asked for user name and password when I use the share feature with the option for people with no Articulate ID.

Hi Wendy, 

We can verify if there is an Articulate ID associated with your SME's email address that is triggering the sign-in prompt. You can share your SME's email address in private with us by opening a support case and we'll be glad to confirm this for you.
