Our experience is a little different. We never lost comments, but sometimes they fail to show in Rise's Edit mode. Opening the Preview while in edit mode makes the comments reappear...

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to click the comment icon in the upper-right corner to expand the Comments panel while authoring in Rise 360.
- Is this happening with one specific Rise course your team is working on or across multiple Rise 360 courses? It would be helpful to check if this issue happens in an incognito window as well.
I recommend that you double-check that you are running the latest version of our supported browsers for authoring.
If you're still having trouble viewing comments in Rise 360, we'd be happy to have our engineers take a closer look at a screen recording of this behavior in a support case.
