Issue with Comments Disappearing After Submission

While reviewing the Articulate 360 link, did you face any issue where after entering your email ID and submitting a comment, the comment does not get saved or got disappears?

    That doesn’t sound like expected behavior. It would be helpful to learn a bit more about the setup and behavior you’re seeing.

    A few questions that may help narrow this down:

    • Which browser and browser version are you using when the comments disappear?
    • Does the same behavior happen in another updated browser or in an incognito/private window?
    • Is this happening consistently on the same Review 360 item, or across multiple review links?
