    That doesn’t sound like expected behavior. It would be helpful to learn a bit more about the setup and behavior you’re seeing.

    A few questions that may help narrow this down:

    • Which browser and browser version are you using when the comments disappear?
    • Does the same behavior happen in another updated browser or in an incognito/private window?
    • Is this happening consistently on the same Review 360 item, or across multiple review links?

       Thanks for the acknowledging the query, Here are more details you have request for 

      • Which browser and browser version are you using when the comments disappear? we are using, Microsoft Edge for business Version 147.0.3912.60 (Official build) (64-bit)
      • Does the same behavior happen in another updated browser or in an incognito/private window?  The organization does not endorse the use of any browser outside of the standard installed Microsoft Edge browser
      • Is this happening consistently on the same Review 360 item, or across multiple review links? happening Across multiple review links

      Need your quick help to resolve this issue as our stakeholders are stuck and we are not able move forward.

        Hi RanjeetTodkar-d,

        Thanks for sharing those additional details. Microsoft Edge for Business is a supported browser for Review 360, since it uses the same Microsoft Edge browser engine and release channel.

        However, I noticed that the version you shared does not appear to be the latest available build for Microsoft Edge. If possible, I’d recommend updating Microsoft Edge for Business to the latest version and testing again to see whether that improves the behavior.

        Since this is affecting multiple review links and blocking stakeholder feedback workflows, I’ve also gone ahead and submitted a support case on your behalf so our team can investigate this more closely.
