Comments Disappearing After Submission in Review 360
Hello JamesBarela-d4b,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this behavior as well. To be sure this behavior is related to this bug, I've opened a support case on your behalf. Our team will be in touch shortly via email to continue the conversation.
Hi Luciana,
If this is a known bug in the Review platform, when will Articulate broadcast to all users a list of "workarounds" while we wait for the bug to be fixed, and then confirmation that the bug has been finally fixed? To state the obvious: the core functionality of Review are the "reviews"! If the reviews don't work, then Review is useless. My stakeholders and SMEs have completely lost trust in the platform, and so have I. Trust is much harder to fix than a bug. And my credibility as an ID is wrapped up in the trust of the Review platform and other tools that I use. So, bugs like these are not just inconvenient, they're personal. I know Articulate has a team working on this, but please let us know when we can expect some relief. Thanks.

Hi KevinPierce-528!
Happy to jump in here!
I completely understand how frustrating this situation must feel. The reliability of Review 360's commenting feature is essential for your collaboration and stakeholder feedback. We never want anything to compromise that trust.
At this time, this issue isn't confirmed as a widespread bug in Review 360. Our team has investigated reports like yours but hasn't yet been able to consistently reproduce the problem on our end. Because of that, we're still looking into possible factors that could be specific to certain environments or account setups.
I see that my teammate Gian replied to your e-mail on 09/30 with insight and follow-up questions. Perhaps that e-mail slipped by, or was routed to a junk folder by mistake. No worries! I've just resent that e-mail to you, for your reference. I encourage you to continue working with Gian one-on-one through your case. Once we're able to pinpoint the source of the issue, we'll be sure to update you and share any confirmed workarounds or fixes.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
