Complete course displays a score of 0% in LMS365

Hello, and thank you for your time.

I am encountering a problem where my LMS, (LMS365) is displaying a score of 0% for a completed scorm package produced in Storyline.  The storyline project does not have any quiz options and the tracking is set to a trigger where the button completes the course.  I have noticed other postings of this same problem, but did not see a resolution or answer. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as my stakeholder is wondering about this issue.

    Hi Joe,

    Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.
