Completions in Cornerstone LMS
I have had a much higher success rate for logging completion since switching from SCORM 1.2 to SCORM 2004 3rd Edition AND, adding in multiple levels of completion in the Storyline Code. It's still not 100%, and I'm now suspecting a possible timeout interference that I'm still researching, but for now, try these things:
1. On your results slide, move the Submit results trigger to the first trigger position and set it to trigger when the timeline starts.
2. On the Success layer of the results slide, add a Completion trigger to complete the course as Completed/Passed when the timeline starts on this layer. (Nothing on the Failed layer.)
3. Add instructions on the results slide success layer to instruct the learner to click next to go to the next slide and save their score. Note: This is just an extra step to ensure that the learner moves beyond the results slide. To enhance the learner experience, I did have to duplicate the results slide buttons to Review and Retry (and menu links) because otherwise, a returning learner may end up on a very empty end-of-course slide with limited navigation options unless they are using only the side menu.
4. Publish the course as SCORM 2004 3rd Edition. Set LMS Reporting to Passed/Incomplete.
Some additional issues I'm now seeing are from server-side caching (learners must clear their browser cache) and restart the course, a couple of graphics that failed to display (learner must restart the course to get past this), and a couple of people who for some unknown reason, still get the failed completion logging even though they are using the latest code. (They switched to Chrome, cleared their browser cache, and were able to complete the course.)

Laura,
I'm wondering why you selected Passed/Incomplete when publishing versus Passed/Failed. If publishing to SCORM 1.2, would it be the same recommended options?
Also, should the Failure layer have a trigger for Failed/Incomplete? I see that you left that layer blank.

Laura,
If you have the Submit Results trigger, why do do you need the Complete Course trigger in the Success Layer? Is that just a redundant trigger to ensure pushing of the results?
