Connecting with The Community on L&D Strategy

Hi Team,

I am looking to connect with others from other companies in the L&D community to learn about their overall L&D/T&D strategy and their Career Paths Program. These are some projects I am involved in at work and doing a large portion of the work on.

I am very new to the L&D community and would like to know; How have you connected with others to share and learn about what's working or not working and how to go about creating great programs and a great overall L&D strategy?
