Connectivity issues with Articulate 360
Hi Articulate community:
I'm trying to insert icons from SL's content library but when I access the icons tab and type something into the search bar, I just get rows of question mark icons and the following message:
I'm current on my updates. Any suggestions?

That problem might be due to an issue with the network endpoints. Check with your IT folks, and include this info:
https://www.articulatesupport.com/article/Articulate-360-Network-Endpoints
If that doesn't solve the problem, contact support.
