Content 360 Videos not playing
I'm having trouble playing video content inserted from the Content 360 Library. The video inserts into the timeline, but when I 'Preview' the slide the video does not appear.
The problem may be your connection - such as the VPN. For similar issues with the Content Library I had had to disconnect from the VPN, verify that everything worked correctly, and then reconnect to the VPN. Turns out that there was a problem with a particular component in my laptop and it tripped with the VPN randomly.
Also, make sure that you are working from your C:\ drive location, not a network share.
