Content Library 360 not working
I can't insert any content in Articulate 360. When I do, the program freezes and I have to restart. Does anyone have any tips or ideas?

Good day. I have a problem too with Content Library. My program does not freeze, but as soon as I try download a template, I get the following message, "Download Failed. The template download did not complete successfully. Please check your connection to Articulate 360 and try again." Also when I try download a character from Characters, it does not download and I get an orange exclamation mark appearing over the character. Can anyone please advise what the issue could be? I'm happy to help troubleshoot. As a first step, you'll want to open port 443 and enable the network endpoints listed in this article. Please note, you may need the help of your IT team to do this.
