Content Library 360 photos not displaying

When I access the content library directly or from within Rise, SL, etc. it does not display the photos like I'm used to seeing. I can download from the library and the pictures display, but I canno...

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for your message. I am also having trouble with updates. Articulate refuses to update. I have had our company tech support look at it and they can't figure out why it's not updating, either. My version is still 3.4.
