Content Library thumbnails not working in Articulate
This is what I am seeing when I look in the Content Library

I am having exactly the same issue and I also have had our IT team check the endpoints. I get the same display as shown above when I try to access the Content Library images through Rise. If I try through Storyline 360, I get the view I have attached here. I am using the latest version of Chrome, but get the same result on Edge. Running WIndows 10 on a touchscreen HP Elite x2
Hi Sue! Sorry to hear that the images still aren't showing up. Since you've checked the endpoints already with your IT department and you're still having problems, please open a case so that our support engineers can assist further.
