Continue Button disappearing after access
- 3 months ago
Hi AndrewGlennie-3 and TeeLe!
Thanks for reaching out! Glad to see Karl has been helping you!
I can confirm the behavior you described is expected. In Rise 360, Continue buttons do disappear once clicked by a learner to allow for free navigation of the course. However, we are tracking a feature request for the option to keep the Continue button visible once clicked. I'll share your feedback with our product team, letting them know this enhancement would benefit you!
We'll be sure to provide updates if it makes it onto our Feature Roadmap.
Hi StevenBenassi
I am experiencing the same issue. The Continue button disappears if I am revisiting the page. Please help me know if we have any solution or you can add me as well to the list of customers seeking for the solution on this issue.
Appreciate your support!
Regards,
Sameena

Hi StevenBenassi
I can see this conversation is marked as solved, but I am still facing the Continue button disappearing issue. Could you please help me with this?
Appreciate your response!

As Steve answer says, the Continue buttons are programmed to disappear after they've been clicked. When a user is revisiting content, they should be able to scroll through it freely.
In short: You can't make the Continue buttons appear again after they have been clicked.

Thank You JudyNollet for re-tagging Andrew's response and apologies for missing his response. Alternatively, is there a way to restrict the navigation of Interactive button? As I can't see the Continue button requested feature on the roadmap. This feature is important for branched learning.

As stated several time in this thread, Continue buttons are design to be visible and function once only, during the first time students work through the Lesson.
There is currently no way to make Continue buttons persistent, so if that is the solution you are looking for, it's not possible to change the behavior of Continue buttons.
