Continue Button in Rise

Hello all

I am using restrictive Continue buttons in Rise.  All are working correctly apart from the last one which is on the Course Completion slide.  I have used the interactive 'Button' block, where the user needs to click on the button which takes them to a link to a document (I have used a URL link).  I have added a Continue button afterwards and set it to 'Complete Block Directly Above' but it is not working.  In Preview the button appears and is clickable whether the user clicks on the document link or not.

I have used this in other lessons within this course, with various different interactive content, but this is the only one where I have used the 'Button' block.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
