Continue button is not locking after Process block.

I have searched through the Articulate community but couldn't quite find my answer.

I am having an issue (and other co-workers as well), where the Continue button isn't coming 'unlocked' after finishing going through a Process block. It remains locked and I cannot advance. This must be a system/Articulate issue? It was working fine last week. Please help.

  • Hi Everyone!

I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!

This update fixes the issue you were encountering where, the Continue Block remains disabled after completing a Process interaction directly before it. There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported!

  • Hi LaurenWalsh-9d5,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I'm able to reproduce the issue on my end, so I've opened a support case on your behalf. Our support engineers will take a closer look at what's going and follow up via email shortly. If you're willing to share a screen recording or a copy of your course, please share in your case and we'll delete any files once troubleshooting is complete.

HI, We are having the same issue. The block and SCORM were working on Friday 4/18/2025 and are no longer working today. This was identified when the SCORM packet was uploaded to the LMS, and when we went back into the course, the block is not working in preview either. Is this something you can help us with too?

  • I'm also having this issue on two different courses after I republished the review links today. These courses have not been SCORMed. This is happening in the Review 360. Following for updates.
