CONTINUE Divider Block Not Working All of A Sudden
- 1 month ago
Hi Everyone!
I'm sorry to hear you've all encountered this issue with the playback of your Rise 360 courses!
I can confirm we had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug prevented learners from using the Continue Block to progress to subsequent lessons in a course.
I'm happy to share that we've released an update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue! There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available. To see the changes take effect, please refresh your browser if previewing the affected course. Also, courses that have been previously exported must be republished.
Thank you for your patience!
I am still experiencing this issue when adding an SL block to a Rise course. The continue button in Rise is set to "complete all blocks above"; however, when previewing the course the continue button is automatically enabled without the SL block being completed. Please advise!
