Contradictory info about Rise video block bookmarking
I have found contradictory information within the Articulate website about the way videos within a Rise video block are bookmarked.
This article: https://www.articulatesupport.com/article/Best-Practices-for-Images-Videos-and-Audio-in-Rise-Courses states that videos are automatically bookmarked so the user can leave the course, then return, navigate to the lesson where the left-off and resume the video where they had stopped. Other information says that this behavior is not possible.
Based on what I am seeing with my current course (30 minute video uploaded to Rise video block isn't bookmarking when published to LMS) it is not possible.
Is there a definitive answer? Can this article be corrected to avoid future confusion?

Hi LeaBinderup-879! Thanks for pointing this out! Rise 360 bookmarks at the lesson level, not within videos. If a learner exits partway through a video, they'll return to the lesson, but the video restarts from the beginning. This is expected behavior as Rise sends suspend_data to the LMS but doesn’t track video timestamps. I can follow up with our team to update this article!
