Are you running the latest version of Storyline 360? You'll want to make sure that you are running Storyline 360 Build 3.64.27845.0 or a version as close to the most recent one as possible in order to be able to open Storyline project files that make use of recently released features. Here's how to check which version of the application you have installed:
