Converting mp3 to Text to Speech
I am trying to update my courses so that the audio mp3's are text to speech for ease of updating information later. Does anyone know how to do this?
I suggest the following - works very well. Export the audio. Use the transcriber built into MS Word 365. Upload the audio file and you will get a transcript of your audio text in a word document. You can then just copy and paste the transcribed text into the TTS dialog.
