Copied course video issue

Hello everyone,
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issues you encountered:
- Fixed: Video files with spaces in their names failed to upload when the Preserve file quality option was enabled.
- Fixed: Videos files with _NOPROCESS_ in the filename failed to load when a course was duplicated.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

I'm also experiencing the same video issue as Russell when duplicating a course. The issue also occurs when sending a copy of the course to another Rise user. Please can you advise if I need to submit a separate ticket - or should I just wait until the issue is resolved?

As I shared with Russell, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. I've included your voice in the bug report so you can be notified as soon as a fix is available. Thank you for your patience while we work through this issue!
