Hi Aimee,
It is not possible to preserve the source formatting of text when pasting into Rise.

Hi Karl, Thank you for the reply! I'm disappointed that's the case but pleased it wasn't something I was doing wrong. I guess the block templates will only speed up development to a certain degree!

Hi Aimee,
We have created a Block Template for every Rise block type used by our organization. These block templates are styled and formatted to match the visual style guide of our organization.
When we build a new Rise course, we only use blocks from the Block Template library. It saves a lot of time, and also ensures style consistency between team members.

I see - so when you insert a Block Template, and replace the placeholder text with new content, do you TYPE in the new content to ensure the pre-defined formatting is preserved? (As opposed to pasting it in?)
