I would love to chime in here, because as an Instructional Designer I am constantly frustrated with how text copies and pastes from/to Rise. My company can't just use pre-made blocks for everything because everyone has their own style and it can vary per department/project.
But my problem is really noticeable when creating assessments.
Why is it that when I copy and paste text from within Rise to another section of Rise, I lose the size of the text and the colors? I am sick and tired of copying 22 point fonts, only to have them paste as size 14. Can we set a course's base text size or something? This process is so tedious and time consuming.
Thanks!

Hi Taylor!
Thanks for sharing the feedback! Sorry to hear copying and pasting font in Rise 360 has been such a pain point for you!
By design, all block text in Rise 360 defaults to size 17 font. However, one of our top features requested by customers is the ability to set a font size globally, across all blocks in a course. I've included your voice in the feature report and will share updates if this enhancement makes it to our Feature Roadmap.

Hello Steve!
Thank you so much for the reply. This is definitely something our company would love to have more control over, it can be quite tedious!
Thank you for the update and I can’t wait to see some “quality of life” updates soon! 😉
Take care,
Taylor

To be accurate, some blocks specify a font size of 16px, 15px, or 17px for paragraph text including tabs block, button block, accordion in a variety of line heights and weights. It does make consistent typography a challenge. Tabs block below showing the 16px font size by default:

Hi! I have been following this thread for well over a year. Voting that this makes it into the Feature Roadmap. To understand the urgency and challenges - recommend that the Rise team create and format course content in a google doc or word and bring that content into Rise.
