Copying the format of state

Hi Can anyone tell me how to copy of the format of state to other items on the slide please?  I have been shown previously and can't remember...   Thanks in advance Nicole

Hi there, 
when copying the states, is it possible to copy the text of the states as well? It seems to only copy the names and formatting, but if I have a button with multiple states and texts, I still have to copy each text separately. Any shortcuts?
