Copy/Paste from Other Storyline Files Not Working - UPDATE - Looks to be the fonts!

I'm using a template for a set of courses and now this last course file (which I created yesterday), isn't functioning correctly. I copied a slide from a previous course with an interaction a...
tried dissecting it piece by piece to see what was causing the slide not to play. Wound up changing the font to Open Sans and it worked. Good news, but not so good news because our content needs to be branded correctly.
Just to try, I went back to the previously built courses in the set and now they aren't functioning with our branded font. yeeeeeeesh. what to do!??
