Copy/Paste from Other Storyline Files Not Working - UPDATE - Looks to be the fonts!

Thank you both for the responses! I checked the file again this morning, added our branded fonts back in and oddly enough, the problem is no longer happening. The fonts are part of the Adobe Creative Cloud, so unfortunately, I cannot attach them. I will keep track of this in the next few weeks and bring it up if it persists. Have a great day!
